Year 6 students strengthen comprehension, critical thinking, and literary analysis through small-group online classes that teach adaptable reading strategies, text interpretation, and deeper understanding beyond simple comprehension drills.
For students needing balanced literacy support, this pathway connects reading comprehension with written expression, helping Year 6 learners organise ideas, analyse texts, and communicate clearly before secondary school.

We begin by identifying whether your Year 6 child needs stronger writing structure, deeper comprehension, better vocabulary, or more confidence. Melbourne families often choose support at this stage to prepare for secondary school expectations and independent learning.

Meet the educators behind FunFox Program.

Founder
Ambreen founded FunFox Program in 2020, driven by over 20 years of experience as an educator and inspired by her own mother's belief that learning should blend structure, creativity, challenge, and encouragement. She created FunFox to provide children with the essential reading and writing support often missing from mainstream schooling — building the curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking skills that carry students through high school and beyond. Under her leadership, FunFox has grown to serve over 1,500 students across more than five countries, becoming a trusted choice for families throughout Brisbane and across Australia.
