The Writers Club covers four writing genres across four terms — Descriptive, Narrative, Persuasive, and Informative — for students in Years 1-6.

Writers Club — Descriptive Writing

Term 1 focuses on Descriptive writing for Years 1-6 students. Students learn to use sensory language, vivid imagery, and precise vocabulary to bring their writing to life in every session.

Writers Club — Narrative Writing

Term 2 develops Narrative writing skills for Years 1-6, helping students build story structure, character development, dialogue, and plot through weekly live Zoom classes and structured worksheets.

Writers Club — Persuasive and Informative Writing

Terms 3 and 4 build Persuasive and Informative writing skills — helping Years 1-6 students construct arguments, present evidence, and communicate ideas clearly and confidently.

Start With a Writing Genre Each Term

Each term focuses on a specific writing genre — Descriptive (Term 1), Narrative (Term 2), Persuasive (Term 3), or Informative (Term 4). Students learn the purpose, structure, vocabulary, and techniques needed to write clearly and creatively in that genre.
