Founder
Ambreen founded FunFox Program in 2020, driven by over 20 years of experience as an educator and inspired by her own mother's belief that learning should blend structure, creativity, challenge, and encouragement. She created FunFox to provide children with the essential reading and writing support often missing from mainstream schooling — building the curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking skills that carry students through high school and beyond. Under her leadership, FunFox has grown to serve over 1,500 students across more than five countries, becoming a trusted choice for families throughout Brisbane and across Australia.

Many 5 year olds are beginning to recognise letters, connect sounds to words, read simple high-frequency words, and understand short picture books with support. Some may read basic sentences independently, while others are still developing phonics and listening comprehension. The key is steady progress, confidence, and age-appropriate practice rather than expecting every child to read fluently at the same stage.
