I have over 20+ years of teaching experience. I draw my inspiration from my mum, a renowned teacher herself. Seeing the kind of impact she had on her students made me pursue Teaching as my career path. My teaching style is all about making learning feel effortless - blending structure with creativity and challenge with encouragement. I believe in fostering curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking in every student. That philosophy led me to found FunFox, where I strive to create an environment that empowers young minds to grow, explore, and thrive - not just in the classroom, but in life.

I have over 30+ years of teaching experience, spanning Australia and the Middle East and I’ve had the privilege of working with students from all corners of the world. My love for teaching ultimately led me to FunFox - a place where my passion for education truly feels at home. As a mother and grandmother, I bring warmth and encouragement to my classroom, always challenging my students in a supportive and nurturing environment. My goal is not only to mentor great leaders but also to help shape kind, confident, and thoughtful individuals who will make a difference in the world.

I have over 10 years of teaching and curriculum development experience. With a strong academic foundation, I bring innovative and research-backed teaching methodologies to my classroom. My passion lies in empowering students with strong communication skills, fostering critical thinking, and creating dynamic learning environments where students take ownership of their learning journey and develop the confidence to excel in language proficiency and beyond.

I have nearly 10 years of experience in the education sector, spanning the public sector and several leading schools, dealing with students from across the US, UK, KSA, and more! Now at FunFox, I’m on a mission to make learning exciting, designing engaging content, leading curriculum development, and inspiring young minds to think big and dream even bigger!

I have 6+ years of teaching experience. Growing up surrounded by different languages and cultures, I developed a deep love for storytelling, words, and the magic of communication. At FunFox, I bring that passion to life by designing lessons that spark curiosity and creativity, engaging stories, hands-on activities, and personalized strategies that make learning feel effortless. My goal? To make sure every student walks away feeling empowered, inspired, and most importantly, excited to learn!

I have 4+ years of teaching experience. I knew teaching was the right career for me when I saw a student light up during one of my classes—it made my heart swell! I’ve somehow become one of my “favorite teachers” (their words, not mine!), and if you ask them, the only downside of my lessons is that they eventually have to end. From interactive storytelling to laughter-filled activities, my goal is to make language learning so fun that students don’t even realize they’re mastering a skill for life!

I have 3+ years of teaching experience. Growing up in the Middle East, surrounded by a symphony of languages and cultures, I became obsessed with the one thing that connects us all; language. At FunFox, whether it’s designing curriculum, crafting assessments, or weaving in creative elements (yes, sometimes even a bit of theatre), my focus is on helping students learn through new and immersive tools and games. From comprehension and spelling to writing skills, I aim to make learning something students look forward to while building their confidence every step of the way.

I have 3+ years of teaching experience. From the moment I picked up my first novel, I was captivated by the power of storytelling. The same passion led me to FunFox, where I help students find their voices, express themselves with confidence, and embrace the beauty of language in all its forms. My approach? Break it down, build it up! I scaffold lessons step by step, ensuring students grasp complex concepts without feeling overwhelmed.

I have 5 years of teaching experience working with kids ages five and up, and if there’s one thing I love just as much as teaching, it’s stories! Ever since I was little, I’ve been hooked on reading books and exploring adventures through written words, so bringing that same spark into the classroom is my favorite part of the job. Whether we’re acting out fairy tales, playing word games, or writing silly stories together, I make sure every lesson feels like playtime with a purpose. My goal is to help kids fall in love with reading, because stories aren’t just fun— they’re fuel for a lifetime of learning. A child who enjoys books today grows into someone who’s always curious, always growing, and never done discovering the world.

Ever since I can remember, stories have sparked my imagination and fueled my creativity. That lifelong passion for storytelling continues to drive me today. With over nine years of experience as a journalist, I've deepened my appreciation for the magic of words and their ability to express even the most complex thoughts. At FunFox, I love helping students unlock their creativity and discover their unique voices through reading and writing.

I am an experienced English educator who is passionate about helping students see that English is more than just a subject, it’s a language they can carry into their everyday lives. My teaching style is conversational and student-centred. I take time to truly know my students, nurture their ideas, and consistently remind them that their voices matter. I aim to create lessons that students can hold on to long after class ends, lessons that feel meaningful, relevant, and lasting. With a love for storytelling and imagination, I bring creativity into my classroom to keep learning lively, engaging, and memorable. My goal is to help every student grow into a confident, creative communicator who feels excited to make English their own.

As a child, I remember the thrill of getting a new English textbook for the school year and immediately flipping to the table of contents to search for stories that caught my interest. That spark has never left me, and as a teacher, I want to pass on that same joy to my students. I want them to know that it’s okay to jump ahead, to be curious, and most importantly, to make mistakes. At FunFox, I'm excited to facilitate their exploration of the English language through fun games and engaging activities, because I want to show my young learners that they can grow, learn, and still have the time of their lives.

Education: Bachelor of Secondary Education (English) Growing up by the beach gave me a deep love for introspection and human connection. My parents often laughed when I gathered groups of younger children to be my 'students', and when no one was around to play, I happily taught my imaginary friends in our seaside classroom. Two decades later, that early fondness naturally led me to teaching and writing. As an experienced teacher and established author, I’ve come to understand that my heart belongs in spaces where I can help others and myself, find the freedom to think, feel, and become. At FunFox, I hope to create that same sense of freedom and laughter for my students as they learn to discover the nuances of language and find their voice.

I’m an experienced English and Creative Writing educator who is passionate about creating thoughtful learning spaces where students feel encouraged to engage deeply, ask questions freely, and truly understand what they are learning. Growing up surrounded by books and fellow book lovers shaped my belief in the transformative power of stories and the many places they can take us. That same belief led me to teaching and eventually to FunFox, where I enjoy supporting students as they explore ideas and express themselves with confidence.
